A ‘knockdown, rebuild’ redevelopment requiring early site assessment, services coordination, planning and construction documentation input to achieve approval. The resultant project – originally conceived as a pure investment play – turned into a project that the owner decided to occupy (selling their principal place of residence elsewhere) due to the high quality and sustainable design outcome.  The second dwelling – to this day – provides an ever increasing rental income.
